Terms of Service
Last updated: 17 June 2026
Welcome to Bloomly — a gentle little app for staying close to the people you love. These terms set out the simple agreement between you and Bloomly when you use the service. By using Bloomly, you agree to them.
The service
Bloomly helps you tend a quiet garden of the people who matter to you. Each loved one grows as a “bloom,” and Bloomly sends soft reminders when it might be time to reach out. Reminders are best-effort — we do our best to deliver them, but we can't guarantee timing or delivery, so please don't rely on Bloomly as your only way of remembering something important.
Your account
You sign in with your email. You're responsible for keeping access to your inbox secure, since that's how you get into your garden. Bloomly is intended for adults.
Plans and payment
- Free. A free tier with which you can start tending your garden.
- Bloom. A paid subscription at €24,99 per year or €2,99 per month, including VAT. As an early adopter, your yearly price is locked for life.
You can cancel any time through the billing portal; your Bloom features stay with you until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments are handled by our payment provider; Bloomly never stores your card numbers.
Using Bloomly respectfully
When you use Bloomly, you agree to use it kindly and lawfully. In particular:
- You confirm that you have a legitimate reason to store the information you add about other people.
- You will not use Bloomly to harass, harm, stalk, or intimidate anyone, or for any unlawful purpose.
- You will not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
If Bloomly is used in a way that breaks these terms, we may suspend or close the account.
Your content
The people, notes, and photos you add are yours. We don't claim ownership of them, and we don't sell them. We only process them to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time, which erases your garden and everything in it, including uploaded photos.
Availability and “as is”
We work hard to keep Bloomly running smoothly, but the service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, Bloomly is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If you keep using Bloomly after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
